Submitting the quote form is an enquiry, not a contract. It places no obligation on you or on Terra Forge Limited.
Quotations and pricing
Indicative figures shown on this website are for guidance only. Firm pricing follows a site assessment and a written scope of works. Budget ranges are positioning guidance, not a mandatory minimum spend.
Scope and variations
Work is carried out to the agreed written scope. Changes requested during the project, or conditions found once existing finishes are removed, may affect price and programme; these are confirmed in writing before proceeding.
Programme and access
Programme dates assume reasonable site access, working services and timely decisions on selections such as tiles, fixtures and fittings.
Snagging and handover
A snagging walkthrough is completed before final handover. Items raised at that point are rectified as part of the agreed works.
